No, you do not NEED a referral, however if you do not have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or private health insurance that covers psychological treatment, you will not be eligible for a rebate.

Yes, currently I am fully booked, with approximately a 3-6 week wait time. I encourage you to reach out with your concerns for an accurate wait time as this changes week to week.

I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments depending on what suits your needs and what the best fit is for your concerns.

I accept card payment or bank transfer. Card payment is processed through Stripe and stored confidentially on your file for easy payment. A receipt is then provided for you to claim your Medicare rebate back from Medicare, if eligible.

When you arrive for your session, please take a seat in the waiting area. We does not have a front-desk receptionist, and Stephanie will come to greet you at your scheduled appointment time.
